Return policy

Please note! If the customer has not been able to collect the package within a certain period of time or was absent when it was delivered to the address provided when the order was placed, the store will be forced to arrange for the package to be returned to the warehouse. The customer then has the right to have the package delivered again, but will have to pay for the delivery.

If the customer refuses the reshipment, the store will be obliged to refund the full amount paid by the customer. However, the refund will only be 50% of the total amount. This is because part of this amount is used to pay additional customs duties. It should also be noted that many medicines have a limited shelf life.

The store’s managers can help each customer choose the right medication. They will recommend the correct medication based on the indications and expected results. Every buyer must understand that medications cannot be exchanged or returned.

However, we want all our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our service and always try to take their wishes into account. If necessary, the store can exchange the medication for one with the same active ingredient but from another specialist. This replacement can be made if the product ordered is not available.
