However, these modifications will not apply to goods or promotions purchased before their update, except in the event of an error.

This contractual document establishes the legal framework for the sale transaction between the supplier and the user, subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

General

The terms and conditions of this website apply exclusively to orders placed via the store’s website. The currency used is the euro.

The price of the goods includes value added tax (VAT) and all other applicable taxes. It is displayed in euros (€).

The prices displayed on the website apply, including all costs related to taxes, transport, and services. The customer must be informed that the price of the products may change in real time. These changes will be notified in advance.

Once payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered user. The invoice can be viewed or downloaded via the customer account the day after purchase. No invoice or delivery note will be included in the package.

Stock availability is subject to final confirmation by the supplier. Initial information will be displayed next to each item.

The customer can check the status of their order at any time via their personal account.

Purchase process

1 – Product selection

Browse the site using the categories and filters. Add a product to your shopping cart. You can then access your shopping cart or continue shopping. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout.

2 – Shopping cart

You can add or remove items, apply discount codes, and save items for a later purchase.

3 – Delivery address and confirmation

If you are already a customer, log in. Otherwise, fill in the requested information. Then select your delivery and payment method. You can also enter a discount code. Read the terms and conditions of purchase and the privacy policy before confirming your purchase.

Once the order has been submitted, you will receive an order number and a confirmation email with the purchase details.

If there is an error in your order, please contact our customer service team by phone or email.

If your credit card payment is declined, the order will be automatically canceled and you will need to resubmit it with another card or payment method.

Shipping/delivery

Goods will be shipped according to the selected shipping method. No shipment will be made until payment has been completed and confirmed, except for cash on delivery payments. The contract is considered concluded once the purchase confirmation has been sent by the supplier.

The supplier will inform you of any stock shortages. If the goods are in stock but in insufficient quantities, deliveries will be made in the order in which the orders were placed.

Right of return

  1. Returns due to incorrect or incomplete information
  2. If delivery is impossible due to incorrect addresses, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  3. Right of cancellation
  4. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled, unless the goods have not yet been processed. If the goods have been shipped, shipping costs will apply.
  5. Right of withdrawal
  6. Products may be returned and refunded within 14 days of receipt, subject to certain conditions. Products must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Food products that have been opened or sealed items that have been opened for health reasons cannot be returned.
  7. Return of defective or damaged products
  8. If the goods are defective or damaged, you must make a claim within 7 days of receipt. Take photos of the products and contact us with the necessary details to proceed with the claim.

Payment methods and conditions

Payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Card payments are instant, and orders are processed quickly. The store uses a secure payment gateway to prevent fraudulent transactions.
